ResMor Capital Corporation is a private Canadian owned company, which was established in 2002 to acquire Equisure Trust Company.
In April 2003, ResMor Capital Corporation completed its acquisition of Equisure Trust Company which was then renamed ResMor Trust Company.
Established in 1964, ResMor Trust Company (formally known as Equisure) has had a 40 year successful history at providing lending services and deposit products to the Maritime Provinces. Recently, it had begun expansion into the markets of British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Ontario.
